Sustainability targets: commitments taken by the group and CLF
In line with its Sustainability Policy and the Strukton Group's strategy, CLF has defined a set of concrete and measurable objectives that guide action across all ESG dimensions. These targets include both those set at Group level and those specific to CLF, designed to contribute directly and consistently to their pursuit.
Alongside the commitments that support the achievement of the Group's climate and environmental objectives, CLF has set additional short-term objectives in areas relevant to its operations.
In particular, the company focuses on strengthening health and safety at work (with clear targets on key accident indicators), sourcing renewable energy, responsible human capital management (guaranteeing wages above the living wage) and raising ESG awareness (targeted training for key functions and committees).
This structure allows the Group's strategic vision to be aligned with CLF's operational priorities, ensuring an integrated and responsible approach to sustainability management, while strengthening the company's ability to manage risks and seize opportunities related to the sustainable transition.
